The LEAGUE (USPHL)

The United States Premier Hockey League (USPHL) is an American ice hockey league. Founded in 2012, the USPHL has grown to over 150 teams fielding more than 20,000 players in more than 100 organizations across the USA and Canada. The teams are geographically diverse, ranging from North and South to the Midwest, West Coast and also in Canada. The USPHL Junior Divisions consist of the National Collegiate Development Conference (NCDC) -Tier II Junior Hockey, and Premier and Elite Divisions. The NCDC Division is the top Tier of the USPHL League structure. The Premier and Elite Divisions are Tier III Junior Leagues, all geared toward college placement and beyond.

The USPHL is facilitating a clear pathway for players to advance through Junior Hockey on to college and pro hockey. Each division provides a step to fulfilling a player’s ultimate goal of becoming a collegiate or professional hockey player. Teams have been selected to participate in USPHL divisions based on geography, player pools, financial strength, history of success and integrity at the highest level.

USPHL membership consists of more than 100 members fielding over 150 teams with a geographic reach that spans the USA and Canada.
